I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), educator, and public service professional with more than twenty years of experience supporting people through growth, leadership, and change.
I’m guided by a simple belief: meaningful change becomes possible when people develop deeper self‑awareness, reconnect with what matters most, and take intentional action in their work and lives. Over the past two decades, my work has taken me across six continents in roles spanning education, leadership development, public service, and expedition leadership. I’ve taught at both secondary and university levels, coordinated youth leadership programs in Nunavut and Uganda, and guided expeditions in Antarctica, Greenland, Iceland, Australia, and Svalbard. Across these experiences, I’ve supported hundreds of people through moments of transition, challenge, and growth. Whether in a classroom, on expedition, in leadership settings, or in one‑to‑one coaching conversations, the heart of my work remains the same: helping people reconnect with their strengths, clarify what matters, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Over time, I’ve come to see that meaningful change often begins with creating space for honest reflection, deeper awareness, and intentional action — the foundations of my coaching approach. |

A bit about meI’m a proud father and lifelong learner who feels most grounded through connection with family, with nature, and through experiences that invite aliveness, presence, and perspective.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to live, work, and travel in remarkable places around the world. Time spent exploring wild landscapes has shaped how I see the world and deepened my sense of curiosity, wonder, and humility. Alongside those outward adventures, I’ve also been drawn to the inner landscapes of reflection and personal growth. These days, life is rooted in Ottawa with my wife and daughter. You’ll often find us swimming, paddling, skiing, or exploring the trails and waterways of the National Capital Region together. |
